Howdy!
On Saturday March 2nd, we will gather in College Station, TX for our 2024 Lone Star Conclave at Texas A&M University. It will be an eventful day of sharing ideas, meaningful discussion and great fellowship.
The Lone Star Conclave will start promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 2nd. Registration will open at 8:00am. Attendees should plan to arrive at Texas A&M University by 8:30am.
As in prior years, we will be using a social media hashtag. Each attendee is encouraged to use #KLSC24
We will be gathering for the 9:00 a.m. Opening Session on the Innovative Learning Classroom Building (ILCB) 205

Parking: For Brothers driving this weekend, parking will be available at the following locations:
Lot 62 (free - located on Welborn on the west side of Kyle Field)
Gene Stallings Garage (SBG) (hourly rates) (located to the left of the ILCB opening session)
Voulenteers will be posted at the following locations in Kappa Sigma letters to help direct you to the opening session Please refer to the following campus map for more information on hourly garage rates and locations (link).
Accommodations: This year, all chapters will have 2 night accommodations at the Hampton Inn College Station for 4 delegates that was paid through chapter assessments throughout the fall semester
Advisors / DGMs: If you are needing accommodations for Friday / Saturday night, a room block has been reserved at the Hampton Inn College station for $124 / Night. Please reach out to Advisor@aggiekapappasigma.com for booking
Attire: Dress for Lone Star Conclave will be business casual (a.k.a. pinwear). This means button down dress shirt / clean polo, dress slacks, dress socks, dress shoes, belt, and a tie (necktie, bowtie, or bolo tie). Suits or blazers are welcome but not required. Sweaters are acceptable, but optional, in addition to your dress shirt and tie.
Since the MSC and Rudder Tower are living memorials, those entering the building are asked to remove their hats. Those walking outside are asked not to walk on the grass surrounding the facility, also as a sign of respect to fallen Aggies.
